    Job Description:
    We are seeking a talented Landscape Designer and Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both designing outdoor spaces and assisting with manual labor as needed to bring these designs to life. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a passion for design who also enjoys getting their hands dirty and being involved in the physical work of landscaping.

    Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.

  • Design outdoor spaces, including gardens, patios, walkways, and water features, using CAD software or hand sketches.

  • Present design concepts to clients and make revisions based on feedback.

  • Prepare detailed landscape plans, including plant selections, materials, and construction specifications.

  • Assist with the installation of landscaping elements, including planting, mulching, grading, and hardscape construction.

  • Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and tillers.

  • Ensure that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

    Requirements:

  • Degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, or related field preferred.

  • Previous experience in landscape design and installation.

  • Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools.

  • Strong knowledge of plant materials, hardscape materials, and construction techniques.

  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

  • Job Title: Landscape Foreman

    Location: Midland, Texas

    Job Description:
    We are currently seeking a skilled Landscape Foreman to join our team. The Landscape Foreman will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of landscape installation projects, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to motivate and guide a team of landscapers.

    Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a crew of landscapers, ensuring that work is completed according to project plans and timelines.

  • Coordinate with project managers to schedule and prioritize tasks, materials, and equipment.

  • Oversee the installation of landscape elements, including planting, grading, irrigation, and hardscape construction.

  • Operate landscaping equipment and tools safely and effectively.

  • Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

  • Train and mentor crew members on proper landscaping techniques and procedures.

  • Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members to address any issues or concerns that may arise.

  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked by crew members.

    Requirements:

  • Previous experience in landscaping or related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

  • Strong knowledge of landscape installation techniques, materials, and equipment.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

  • Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and blueprints.
